Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days - specially in this moment. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Can I still order on B.Smart?
Yes. No advice or recommendation was given to online stores to close or be restricted. The company will continue to work as usual, updating our customers if there are changes and updates.
Will my order arrive on time?
The company and workers are working with determination for a timely and safe delivery. In this difficult moment, there may be longer delivery times but you can check the tracking of your package and stay updated on the shipment. We try to respect the expected delivery dates.
