If the product that arrives to the customer is damaged in some way or does not work, the customer must report the problem within 5 days from when the package arrived. B.Smart doesn't allowed refunds. If the product is defective it will be replaced or replaced the broken parts.
If the product is not damaged, no refund or cancellation of the order is possible. The order cannot be cancelled before the product arrives and the problem has been noticed. We reserve the right to research the original purchase and to limit or decline refund. In case of a cancellation request (if acceptable) some fees may will be applied for the return delivery.
